1.Preparation work

5.Waiting and inspection

After applying the rust remover, it is necessary to wait for a period of time for it to fully take effect. During this period, you can check the rust removal effect and, if necessary, perform secondary treatment. 

6.Cleaning and drying

After rust removal is completed, clean the surface of the handle butterfly valve with a clean cloth and appropriate cleaning agent to remove any remaining rust removal agent. Afterwards, use a dry cloth or air blower to thoroughly dry the surface.

7.Protective measures

Throughout the process, it is essential to take appropriate protective measures, such as wearing protective clothing, protective glasses, and gloves, to prevent chemical injuries. 

8.Record and evaluate

After completing the rust removal, record the type of rust removal agent used, processing time, and effect for future reference and improvement.
