Recently, a batch of manual and electric knife gate valves has successfully completed full opening and closing debugging in the workshop and will be delivered to overseas engineering projects shortly. The available specifications cover DN150, DN200 and DN300. Designed with nominal pressure PN10, the valves sustain working temperatures up to 80°C and are specially engineered for water medium in pipeline systems.

The knife gate valve features compact structure and full straight flow passage without dead zones. Its body is manufactured from high-grade ductile iron through precision casting, delivering outstanding structural rigidity and impact resistance under conventional pipeline pressure. The stainless steel gate plate offers superior wear and corrosion resistance, ensuring low operating torque during frequent switch cycles. The optimised elastic seat design delivers reliable tight shut-off to avoid medium leakage, whether under full or partial working pressure.

Two actuation configurations are offered to satisfy diversified site demands. The manual version is equipped with an enlarged spoked handwheel, enabling effortless on-site manual operation for small-scale pipelines and regular inspection stations. The electric variant can be fitted with explosion-proof electric actuators to realise remote automatic opening and closing control.
