The delivered heavy-duty customized swing blind valves are core explosion-proof gear for safe cut-off and maintenance isolation on metallurgical blast furnace gas & industrial high-temperature flue gas pipelines. The swing goggle valve body is integrally cast from ductile iron, with precisely machined flange sealing surfaces fitted with heat-resistant composite gaskets. Zero-leakage performance is verified via strict hydrostatic and air tightness double tests. Equipped with explosion-proof electric actuators, the valves support remote automatic control and on-site manual emergency operation. The built-in buffer spring shock absorber greatly reduces opening-closing impact, ideal for 24-hour continuous steel mill operation.

Prior to delivery, our technical team completed full factory tests covering pressure tightness and electric actuator cycling. All indicators satisfy both Chinese and Russian industrial pipeline standards.
