Four sets of DN150 carbon steel double layer ash discharge valves have successfully completed full factory performance testing and are ready for delivery to clients. Constructed from Q235B carbon steel, these valves are engineered for working conditions involving solid particulate media including dust and furnace ash. Every unit has passed rigorous air tightness testing and repeated opening-closing cycle tests, achieving zero leakage. Complete test videos were delivered to clients throughout the inspection process, and the excellent air-locking sealing performance gained full recognition.

Also named double flap ash discharge valve, double layer air lock valve, the double layer ash discharge valve serves as essential air-locking discharging equipment for dust hoppers, pneumatic ash conveying systems, metallurgical kilns, waste incineration plants and building material powder production lines. Equipped with alternately opening and closing upper and lower flaps, one flap remains sealed during discharging. The design blocks air circulation, enables continuous ash discharge while maintaining system negative pressure, and prevents flue gas cross flow and pressure loss.
