The DN2200 double eccentric butterfly valve adopts a double eccentric soft-seal structure. When opening, the disc quickly disengages from the sealing surface, significantly reducing wear during opening and closing cycles and extending service life. When closing, the sealing ring is evenly pressurized via eccentric displacement to achieve zero-leakage sealing. 

Compared with traditional gate valves, it weighs over 50% less, requires less installation space, features a smooth flow path with low flow resistance, and can notably reduce system energy consumption. Additionally, the product supports customization with metal hard seals or composite soft seals, adapting to complex working conditions such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. It is widely used in industries including power generation, petrochemical, metallurgy, and water treatment.
