This batch of D941X3-10CB1 electric flanged resilient seated butterfly valves is equipped with separate control cabinets. All units have finished power-on joint commissioning tests before shipment. Our electricians carried out operational inspections on each butterfly valve and its matched electric control cabinet one by one. The valve movement and signal feedback are stable, all test items pass inspection, and the customer is satisfied with the test results.

The working medium for this project is clean water, with maximum operating temperature ≤80℃ and nominal pressure PN10, adopting large DN600 size. The customer selected this butterfly valve mainly because it is well adapted to clean water pipeline conditions and comes with valid EAC Customs Union certification, which allows direct application in engineering projects across Eurasian regions. The valve body is made of WCB cast steel, the butterfly disc is anti-corrosion ductile iron, fitted with EPDM rubber sealing components, featuring good resistance to water medium corrosion and ageing. The concentric structure design brings low opening and closing torque as well as stable and reliable sealing performance.

The matched electric actuator is equipped with a manual handwheel. Operators can manually open and close the valve under power failure conditions to meet the emergency operation requirements of the pipeline system.
