The valve body is made of high-quality ductile iron material, which is precisely forged and processed by CNC to ensure a solid structure and accurate dimensions, capable of withstanding the pressure and impact of media under complex working conditions. The sealing surface is made of high-quality PTFE soft sealing material, providing stable and reliable sealing performance and achieving zero leakage at normal temperature and pressure.

During the manual debugging stage, workers operated the valve on and off by turning the handwheel. After repeated tests, it was found that the valve opened and closed flexibly without any jamming. In the pressure testing stage, there was no leakage at any of the valve’s sealing parts, and the sealing performance fully met the design requirements.

The DN600 bidirectional soft-sealed gate valve not only features excellent sealing and operational performance but also boasts several core advantages. It is suitable for DN600 large-diameter pipelines, with pressure ratings ranging from PN10 to PN16 and a temperature range of -20℃ to 200℃, meeting the usage requirements of the vast majority of industrial scenarios.
