Yesterday, two Russian friends visited Tianjin Tanggu Jinbin Valve Co., Ltd. for an inspection. The manager of Jinbin and his team warmly received them and accompanied and explained throughout the visit. In a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, they embarked on a journey of industry exchange between China and foreign countries, discussing cooperation and sharing friendship. At the beginning of the visit, the Russian clients, led by the manager and technical staff, entered the company’s large exhibition hall. In the exhibition hall, a series of high-quality products such as penstock gate valve, large-diameter welded ball valve, various large-sized air valves, fan-shipped goggle valves, and butterfly valves are neatly displayed, covering a wide range of core valve categories required for industrial pipelines. The manager gave a detailed introduction to the design advantages and applications of each product, and explained the outstanding performance of the products. The Russian friends listened attentively and stopped from time to time. They nodded in approval of the precise craftsmanship and rich variety of the products, and from time to time checked the product details, their eyes full of approval. 

Subsequently, the group went to the production workshop to gain a thorough understanding of the entire production process of the products. In the packaging area, workers are bustling about with great enthusiasm. The standardized and orderly operation procedures and the meticulous packaging standards are clearly visible. A batch of sliding gate valves and knife gate valves about to be dispatched are neatly arranged, waiting to be sent to overseas markets. Immediately after, everyone went to the welding area and the processing area. A DN1800 hydraulic control butterfly valve was being moved in an orderly manner to the welding area for fine processing. This valve, with its high-precision performance, is suitable for the requirements of high-safety industrial pipe networks. A friend stopped to watch and had an in-depth exchange with the manager and technicians about the quality control details of the valve body products in the processing area. The questions were professional and detailed. Our staff answered each question patiently one by one. 

Finally, the group arrived at the pressure testing area and assembly area with great enthusiasm. Products such as double eccentric butterfly valves and electric air damper valves were being inspected in an orderly manner, demonstrating Jinbin Valves’ pursuit of ultimate product quality. Russian friends took out their mobile phones from time to time to take pictures as souvenirs, with satisfied smiles on their faces. The whole process was filled with laughter and joy, and both the host and the guests had a great time.
