The knife gate valve is zero leakage for industrial service applications.The design of the body and seat assures non-clogging shutoff on suspended solids in industries such as:

Sizes:DN 2″/50 to DN 72″/1800 (larger diameters on request)
Working pressure:DN 2″/50 to 48″/1200: 150 psi (10 kg/cm²)DN 56″/1400 to 72″/1800 : 100 psi (3kg/cm²)
Standard flange connection:EN1092 PN10 and ANSI B16.5 (class 150)

Bi-Directional Resilient Seated Knife Gate Valves are designed for isolation, on-off applications in corrosive, abrasive liquid applications in Pulp & Paper, Mining, Waste Water, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power and Steel. The valve provides bubble tight shutoff in both directions up to the full rating of the valve.
