Explosion relief valve

This series of venting valves consists of valve body, rupture film, gripper, valve cover and heavy hammer. The bursting film is installed in the middle of the gripper and connected with the valve body by bolts. When the system is over pressurized, the rupture of the rupture membrane occurs, and the pressure is relieved instantaneously. After the valve cap is bounced, it is reset under gravity. The venting valve needs to lift the valve body and the gripper vertically when replacing the burst film.

The venting valve is mainly used in building materials, metallurgy, electric power and other industries. In the gas pipeline container equipment and system under pressure, the instantaneous pressure relief action is played to eliminate the damage to the pipeline and equipment and eliminate the overpressure explosion accident, so as to ensure the safe operation of the production.
