Compared with ordinary ball valves, ultra-thin ball valves have the advantages of short structure length, light weight, convenient installation, material saving and so on. In addition, the valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, which has reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. It is equipped with fire-resistant structure, which can still operate reliably and have good sealing in case of fire. According to the needs of users, anti-static structure can be set. The switch is provided with a positioning piece with a hole, which can be locked as needed to prevent misoperation.
The wafer thin ball valve is applicable to class150 and PN1 0 ~ 2.5MPa, working temperature 29 ~ 180 ℃ (the sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or 29 ~ 300 ℃ (the sealing ring is aligned polystyrene) are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials are selected, which can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media respectively.
