200X pressure reducing valves automatically

reduce and regulate a higher inlet pressure to a steady lower downstream pressure, regardless of chaning flow rate and varying inlet pressure.

This valve is an accurate, pilot-operated regulator capable of holding down steam pressure to a re-determined limit. When downstream pressure exceeds the pressure setting of the control pilot, the main valve and pilot valve close drip-tight.

Size: DN50 – DN600

Flange drilling is suitable for BS EN1092-2 PN10/16.

Epoxy fusion coating.

Shell and seal tests for each valve is done and recorded before package to make sure the product quality. The test media is water in room conditions.

Installation Requirements:

1. Recommend to install exhuast valve in pipe system to make sure the steady working.

2. Pressure of inlet should not less than 0.2Mpa. If it does, the performance will be worse. (Pressure tolerance of outlet will increase.)
