Differential pressure bypass valve

800X differential pressure bypass valve isa valve used for air conditioning system to balance the pressure differencebetween the supply and return water. Differential pressure relief valves are hydraulically operated,pilot controlled, modulating valves. They are designed to maintain a constantpressure differential between any two pressure points in a system where theclosing of the valve directly causes the differential pressure to increase.They valves tend to open an increase in differential pressure and close on adecrease in differential pressure.

Typicalapplications include differential pressure control in centrifugal pumping systemsand chilled water circulating loop systems.

In operation,the valve is actuated by line pressure through a pilot control system sensingfrom two points across which a differential is to be maintained. Operation iscompletely automatic and pressure settings may be easily changed.
