Product Structure and Performance Advantages
1. All-Stainless Steel Anti-Corrosion Structure
Core components such as the valve body, gate plate and valve cover are integrally formed of 304/316L stainless steel. The 316L material contains molybdenum elements, which has ultra-strong corrosion resistance to chloride ions, acid-base salts and other corrosive media, making it suitable for strong corrosion scenarios such as chemical engineering and seawater desalination. The surface is finely polished to reduce media deposition and flow resistance, extending the service life of the equipment.
2. Large-Diameter Exclusive Seal Design
For the DN1600 extra-large diameter, a double gate self-adaptive structure is adopted. The gate plate compensates for thermal deformation and installation deviation of the valve body through a wedge design, realizing zero-leakage bidirectional sealing. The metal hard sealing surface is treated with Stellite alloy hardfacing, with hardness up to HRC45-50, which is wear-resistant and high temperature resistant, completely solving the pain point of easy seal failure in large-diameter valves.
3. Efficient Transmission and Convenient Operation
Equipped with an external screw trapezoidal thread transmission system, the exposed length of the valve stem directly reflects the valve opening, facilitating on-site monitoring and maintenance. The combination of handwheel and worm gear reduction mechanism greatly reduces the operating torque, allowing a single person to open and close the DN1600 large-diameter valve. Electric or pneumatic actuators can be optionally installed to adapt to automatic control systems and realize remote precise control.
4. High Reliability and Low Maintenance
The straight-through flow channel design has a flow resistance coefficient ≤0.1 when fully open, reducing media energy loss. The triple seal structure (flexible graphite packing + metal corrugated ring + gland) effectively reduces the risk of external leakage of the valve stem. The valve body adopts a reinforced wall thickness design, resistant to high pressure and deformation, meeting the pressure bearing requirements of large-diameter pipelines. The overall structure is easy to disassemble and assemble, and the gate plate and valve stem can be extracted as a whole without disassembling the pipeline, reducing later maintenance costs.
