Adopting a linkage-driven design with no exposed shaft ends, it completely eliminates the protruding shaft head problem of traditional dampers, preventing on-site collision, dust accumulation and jamming risks, greatly improving equipment safety and service life; Meanwhile, it saves installation space and perfectly adapts to complex pipeline layouts.
The valve body and disc are made of high-quality carbon steel Q235B/Q345B, and the disc is equipped with multiple built-in reinforcing ribs (as shown in the figure), which greatly improves structural rigidity, effectively resists pressure impact and thermal deformation of DN1600 large-diameter pipelines, ensuring long-term stable operation without failure.
Soft seal (NBR/EPDM/PTFE) or metal hard seal structure can be customized according to working conditions, with low air leakage rate and reliable sealing; The disc adopts a streamlined design with small flow resistance, supporting stepless flow regulation from 0° to 90°, accurately matching the working condition requirements of ventilation and dust removal systems.
Supports multiple drive forms such as manual worm gear, electric actuator, and pneumatic actuator (manual/electric models shown in the figure), which can be easily integrated into industrial control systems such as DCS/PLC, adapting to production scenarios with different degrees of automation.
Tailored for DN1600 large-diameter pipelines, and also supports non-standard nominal diameters, special materials (stainless steel/alloy steel), anti-corrosion coating (epoxy zinc-rich/high-temperature resistant paint) customization, easily coping with various harsh industrial working conditions.
Adopts standard flange connection such as GB/ANSI/DIN/JIS, easy and quick to install; Reasonable overall structural design with few wearing parts, extremely low daily maintenance cost, greatly reducing the operation and maintenance workload of enterprises.
