1.Regular inspection

Check the appearance of the check valve regularly to see if there are cracks, deformation, corrosion and other phenomena. At the same time, check the seal of the disc and seat to ensure that there is no leakage.

2.Cleaning

Regularly clean the inside and outside of the check valve to remove dirt and impurities. When cleaning, neutral cleaning agent should be used to avoid the use of corrosive substances such as strong acid and alkali.

3.Replace the damaged parts

If the valve disc, seat and other parts of the check valve are found to be damaged or seriously worn, they should be replaced in time. Replace with the same specifications and models of the original parts to ensure that the performance of the valve is not affected.

4.Lubrication

For some check valves that need to be lubricated, an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease should be added regularly to keep the stem and seat well lubricated.

5.Anti-corrosion treatment

For the line check valve used in a corrosive environment, corresponding anti-corrosion measures should be taken, such as coating anti-corrosion layer and selecting corrosion resistant materials.
