Dulmarka ogaanshaha burburka

1. NDT waxa ay tilmaamaysaa habka tijaabinta agabka ama qaybaha shaqada ee aan waxyeelayn ama saamaynaynin hawl qabadkooda ama isticmaalkooda mustaqbalka.

2. NDT waxay ka heli kartaa cilladaha gudaha iyo dusha sare ee alaabta ama workpieces, cabbiro sifooyinka joomatari iyo cabbirrada workpieces, iyo go'aamiso ka kooban gudaha, qaab-dhismeedka, sifooyinka jirka iyo xaaladda qalabka ama workpieces.

3. NDT waxaa lagu dabaqi karaa naqshadaynta alaabta, xulashada alaabta, farsamaynta iyo wax soo saarka, kormeerka alaabta la dhammeeyey, kormeerka adeegga (dayactirka), iwm, waxayna ka ciyaari kartaa doorka ugu fiican ee u dhexeeya ilaalinta tayada iyo dhimista kharashka.NDT waxay kaloo caawisaa inay hubiso hawlgalka badbaadada leh iyo/ama isticmaalka waxtarka leh ee alaabta.

 

Noocyada hababka NDT

1. NDT waxa ku jira habab badan oo si wax ku ool ah loo dabaqi karo.Marka loo eego mabaadi'da kala duwan ee jireed ama walxaha tijaabada ah iyo ujeedooyinka, NDT waxa loo qaybin karaa qiyaas ahaan hababka soo socda:

a) Habka shucaaca:

——X-ray iyo raajada gamma ee baaritaanka;

——Tijaabada shucaaca;

——Tijaabada sawir qaade ee la xisaabiyay;

——Tijaabada shucaaca Neutron.

b) Habka dhawaaqa:

——Baaritaan Ultrasonic;

——Tijaabada qiiqa dhawaaqa;

——Tijaabada acoustic elektromagnetic.

c) Habka Electromagnetic:

——Tijaabada hadda Eddy;

——Tijaabada daadinta dareeraha.

d) Habka dusha sare:

——Baaritaannada walxaha magnetic;

--Baaritaan dareeraha gelaya;

——Tijaabada muuqaalka.

e) Habka daadinta:

——Tijaabada daadinta

f) Habka infrared:

——Tijaabada kulaylka infrared.

Fiiro gaar ah: habab cusub oo NDT ah ayaa laga yaabaa in la sameeyo oo la isticmaalo wakhti kasta, si hababka kale ee NDT aan laga saarin.

2. Hababka NDT ee caadiga ah waxay tixraacaan hababka NDT ee sida weyn loo isticmaalo iyo kuwa qaan-gaarka ah ee hadda jira.Waxay kala yihiin tijaabinta shucaaca (RT), tijaabinta ultrasonic (UT), imtixaanka eddy current test (ET), tijaabinta walxaha magnetic (MT) iyo tijaabada penetrant (PT).
