1. I-NDT ibhekisa kwindlela yokuvavanya yezixhobo okanye i-workpieces engonakalisi okanye ichaphazele ukusebenza okanye ukusetyenziswa kwayo kwexesha elizayo.

2. I-NDT inokufumana iziphene ngaphakathi kunye nomphezulu wezinto zokusebenza okanye i-workpieces, ukulinganisa iimpawu zejometri kunye nemilinganiselo ye-workpieces, kwaye inqume ukubunjwa kwangaphakathi, ukwakheka, iipropati ezibonakalayo kunye nemeko yezixhobo okanye i-workpieces.

3. I-NDT ingasetyenziselwa ukuyila imveliso, ukukhethwa kwezinto eziphathekayo, ukucubungula kunye nokuveliswa, ukuhlolwa kwemveliso egqityiweyo, ukuhlolwa kwenkonzo (ukugcinwa), njl., kwaye inokudlala indima efanelekileyo phakathi kokulawula umgangatho kunye nokunciphisa iindleko.I-NDT ikwanceda ekuqinisekiseni ukusebenza ngokukhuselekileyo kunye / okanye ukusetyenziswa ngempumelelo kweemveliso.

 

Iintlobo zeendlela ze-NDT

1. I-NDT ibandakanya iindlela ezininzi ezinokusetyenziswa ngempumelelo.Ngokwemigaqo yomzimba eyahlukeneyo okanye izinto zovavanyo kunye neenjongo, i-NDT inokwahlulwa ngokwezi ndlela zilandelayo:

a) Indlela yokusasazeka kwemitha:

——Uvavanyo lwe-X-reyi kunye ne-gamma ray radiographic;

——Uvavanyo lweRadiographic;

——Uvavanyo lwetomography ekhompyutheni;

——Uvavanyo lweNeutron radiographic.

b) Indlela yeAcoustic:

——Uvavanyo lweUltrasonic;

——Uvavanyo lokukhutshwa kweAcoustic;

——Uvavanyo lwe-acoustic ye-Electromagnetic.

c) Indlela yombane:

——Uvavanyo lwangoku lukaEddy;

—-Uvavanyo lokuvuza kwe-Flux.

d) Indlela yomphezulu:

——Uvavanyo lwamasuntswana omagnetic;

——Uvavanyo lokungena kolwelo;

——Uvavanyo olubonwayo.

e) Indlela yokuvuza:

——Uvavanyo lokuvuza.

f) Indlela ye-infrared:

—-Uvavanyo lwe-infrared thermal.

Qaphela: iindlela ezintsha ze-NDT zinokuphuhliswa kwaye zisetyenziswe nangaliphi na ixesha, ngoko ke ezinye iindlela ze-NDT azikhutshelwa ngaphandle.

2. Iindlela eziqhelekileyo ze-NDT zibhekisa kwiindlela ezisetyenziswa ngokubanzi nezivuthiweyo ze-NDT okwangoku.Ziluvavanyo lwe-radiographic (RT), uvavanyo lwe-ultrasonic (UT), uvavanyo lwangoku lwe-eddy (ET), uvavanyo lwe-magnetic particle (MT) kunye novavanyo lokungena (PT).
