Isishwankathelo sokuchongwa komonakalo
1. I-NDT ibhekisa kwindlela yokuvavanya izinto okanye izinto zokusebenza ezingazonakalisiyo okanye ezingachaphazeli ukusebenza kwazo okanye ukusetyenziswa kwazo kwixesha elizayo.
2. I-NDT ingafumana iziphene ngaphakathi nakumphezulu wezinto okanye izinto zokusebenza, ilinganise iimpawu zejometri kunye nobukhulu bezinto zokusebenza, kwaye imisele ukwakheka kwangaphakathi, ulwakhiwo, iimpawu zomzimba kunye nemeko yezinto okanye izinto zokusebenza.
3. I-NDT ingasetyenziswa kuyilo lwemveliso, ukukhethwa kwezinto, ukucubungula kunye nokuvelisa, ukuhlolwa kwemveliso egqityiweyo, ukuhlolwa kwangaphakathi (ukugcinwa), njl.njl., kwaye inokudlala indima efanelekileyo phakathi kolawulo lomgangatho kunye nokunciphisa iindleko. I-NDT ikwanceda ukuqinisekisa ukusebenza ngokukhuselekileyo kunye/okanye ukusetyenziswa ngokufanelekileyo kweemveliso.
Iintlobo zeendlela ze-NDT
1. I-NDT ibandakanya iindlela ezininzi ezinokusetyenziswa ngempumelelo. Ngokwemigaqo eyahlukeneyo yomzimba okanye izinto zovavanyo kunye neenjongo, i-NDT inokwahlulwahlulwa ngokweendlela ezilandelayo:
a) Indlela yokukhupha imisebe:
——Uvavanyo lwe-X-ray kunye ne-gamma ray radiography;
——Uvavanyo lwe-X-ray;
——Uvavanyo lwe-computed tomography;
——Uvavanyo lwe-neutron radiographic.
b) Indlela ye-acoustic:
——Uvavanyo lwe-Ultrasonic;
——Uvavanyo lokukhupha i-acoustic;
——Uvavanyo lwe-electromagnetic acoustic.
c) Indlela ye-electromagnetic:
——Uvavanyo lwangoku lwe-Eddy;
——Uvavanyo lokuvuza kweflux.
d) Indlela yomphezulu:
——Uvavanyo lweentwana zemagnethi;
——Uvavanyo lokungena kolwelo;
——Uvavanyo lokubona.
e) Indlela yokuvuza:
——Uvavanyo lokuvuza.
f) Indlela ye-infrared:
——Uvavanyo lobushushu be-infrared.
Qaphela: iindlela ezintsha ze-NDT zingaphuhliswa kwaye zisetyenziswe nangaliphi na ixesha, ngoko ke ezinye iindlela ze-NDT azikhutshelwa ngaphandle.
2. Iindlela ze-NDT eziqhelekileyo zibhekisa kwiindlela ze-NDT ezisetyenziswa kakhulu nezivuthiweyo okwangoku. Ezi zi-radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), eddy current testing (ET), magnetic particle testing (MT) kunye ne-penetrant testing (PT).
