Ukubuka konke kokutholwa komonakalo

1. I-NDT ibhekisela endleleni yokuhlola izinto noma izinto zokusebenza ezingalimazi noma ezingathinti ukusebenza noma ukusetshenziswa kwazo esikhathini esizayo.

2. I-NDT ingathola amaphutha ngaphakathi nangaphandle kwezinto noma izinto zokusebenza, ilinganise izici zejometri kanye nobukhulu bezinto zokusebenza, futhi inqume ukwakheka kwangaphakathi, isakhiwo, izakhiwo zomzimba kanye nesimo sezinto noma izinto zokusebenza.

3. I-NDT ingasetshenziswa ekwakhiweni komkhiqizo, ekukhetheni izinto, ekucutshungulweni nasekukhiqizweni, ekuhlolweni komkhiqizo oqediwe, ekuhlolweni kwangaphakathi (ukugcinwa), njll., futhi ingadlala indima efanele phakathi kokulawulwa kwekhwalithi kanye nokunciphisa izindleko. I-NDT futhi isiza ukuqinisekisa ukusebenza okuphephile kanye/noma ukusetshenziswa okuphumelelayo kwemikhiqizo.

 

Izinhlobo zezindlela ze-NDT

1. I-NDT ihlanganisa izindlela eziningi ezingasetshenziswa ngempumelelo. Ngokwezimiso zomzimba ezahlukene noma izinto zokuhlola nezinhloso, i-NDT ingahlukaniswa ngezindlela ezilandelayo:

a) Indlela yokukhipha imisebe:

——Ukuhlolwa kwe-X-ray kanye ne-gamma ray radiography;

——Ukuhlolwa kwe-X-ray;

——Ukuhlolwa kwe-computed tomography;

——Ukuhlolwa kwe-neutron nge-x-ray.

b) Indlela ye-Acoustic:

——Ukuhlolwa kwe-Ultrasonic;

——Ukuhlolwa kokukhishwa kwe-acoustic;

——Ukuhlolwa kwe-electromagnetic acoustic.

c) Indlela ye-Electromagnetic:

——Ukuhlolwa kwamanje kwe-Eddy;

——Ukuhlolwa kokuvuza kwe-flux.

d) Indlela yobuso:

——Ukuhlolwa kwezinhlayiya zikagesi;

——Ukuhlolwa kokungena koketshezi;

——Ukuhlolwa okubonakalayo.

e) Indlela yokuvuza:

——Ukuhlolwa kokuvuza.

f) Indlela ye-infrared:

——Ukuhlolwa kokushisa kwe-infrared.

Qaphela: izindlela ezintsha ze-NDT zingathuthukiswa futhi zisetshenziswe nganoma yisiphi isikhathi, ngakho-ke ezinye izindlela ze-NDT azikhishwa ngaphandle.

2. Izindlela ze-NDT ezivamile zibhekisela ezindleleni ze-NDT ezisetshenziswa kabanzi nezivuthiwe njengamanje. Ziwukuhlolwa kwe-x-ray (RT), ukuhlolwa kwe-ultrasonic (UT), ukuhlolwa kwamanje kwe-eddy (ET), ukuhlolwa kwezinhlayiya zamagnetic (MT) kanye nokuhlolwa kwe-penetrant (PT).
